The lessee must be of legal age in India or a registered company, organization, or other entity.
Tents on Rent guarantees a fully set-up tent with all ordered extra equipment placed inside at the start of the rental period.

The lessor is not responsible for damage or theft of the lessee's belongings.
Upon delivery, the lessee shall inspect the equipment and ensure it is in good condition.
The lessee is considered to have returned the equipment upon notifying a Tents on Rent employee of their departure.
The lessee must return the tent in the same condition at the same location as received, with extra equipment placed inside.
The lessee is responsible for damage or theft of the tent or equipment. The lessee agrees to compensate for any loss or damage according to Tents on Rent's rates and fees. The lessee can minimize liability with insurance purchased from the lessor (see below).
The lessee may purchase insurance from Tents on Rent to cover damage to the tent and/or equipment.
Insurance does not cover damage done intentionally or through reckless behavior.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to tentonrent.in@gmail.com.
Tents on Rent will retain a non-refundable processing fee of 10% for all cancellations.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 14 days' notice: 90% refund
6-14 days' notice: 50% refund
Less than 6 days' notice: No refund
Tents on Rent is not liable for delays, damages, or the inability to provide rented equipment due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (force majeure events).
Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, war, natural disasters, pandemics, storms, or heavy winds that prevent Tents on Rent from pitching tents. By renting a tent from Tents on Rent, you agree to these terms and conditions.
